Tastings of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Palazzo Castriota produces olive oil in two different types, from ancient olive trees and according to traditional methods and thanks to the combination of three varieties of olives. Ogliarola, Cellina and Coratina that are processed with care in all phases, from harvesting to cold milling.
